We purchased a water front lot at Lake Anna in April 2014. After interviewing several area builders, my husband and I contracted with Spartan Homes, Inc. in June 2014 to build our new home. Ed Cofsky and Eric Henry, the principals of Spartan Homes, are both fantastic to work with, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Ed, our initial contact, helped us choose the perfect design for our new home. Ed was exceptional and helped us create an amazing home plan and living space design for our needs and patiently helped us through many, many design and re-design sessions and option selections. Eric was outstanding in his oversight of the entire construction process, including; site preparation , construction quality and adherence to the schedule, which resulted in the delivery of our home ahead of schedule.
Eric and Ed took care of everything imaginable- obtaining permits, researching products, overseeing all work on-site, ordering materials, scheduling necessary inspections, and providing the final landscaping and driveway installation. Ed guided us through the maze of options in flooring, tile, siding, roofing, decking, and other products. Happily, we were able to view many of the possibilities first hand in Spartan’s design center.
